"I had the pleasure of working with Elliot during my recent 2 week holiday in Greece.
As an amateur white collar boxer I was pleasantly surprised to see that boxing was offered as one of the fitness programmes by my hotel. I didn't realise just how good the programme run by Elliot was going to be. He has the ability to maintain his clients motivation whilst at the same time correcting form where necessary.
Both myself and my wife also attended his AB 's and fit band classes, both equally as good.
We both came away fitter, healthier and for me with improved boxing techniques.
It would be an understatement to say he made our holiday.
In essence Elliot is a gentleman, a consummate professional and an expert in his field.

"I met Eliot for the first time on our Neilson holiday in Greece in 2009, and again when we we returned this summer.
He was one of the Fitness Instructors at the resort, and once I had been to his first class, I knew I’d definitely go back! Eliot manages to combine professionalism with an open, friendly approach, which makes it very easy for everyone, from beginners to more advanced levels, to feel immediately at ease and ready to join in.
He is clearly passionate about fitness and boxing in particular, and he gave us great tips for continuing the exercises when we returned home.
He was open to questions about the exercises and took care to ensure everyone was doing the exercises properly and enjoying themselves. He also gave us useful advice on how to incorporate them into our regular exercise routines and/or classes.

"Elliot was our first personal trainer and together we have accomplished our target.
We had a prom event in September that both of us wanted to get in good shape for so we got in touch with El to let him know of our plans which were to tone up our legs,stomach and arms.
We all sat down to discus a suitable timetable and with that, we were told what exercises we were to do and why.
During our sessions we all bonded and found that we could talk, have a laugh and be ourselves with him, which made us more relaxed and able to work efficiently. He made sure we were sticking to our routine and gave up explanations as to why we should, which made us feel like people rather than his clients.
After the 3 days a week workout with him over 3 months we were able to attend the prom with our ideal figures.
