Where could you train me?

This is entirely up to you, at the moment I train clients in their homes, parks and gyms.

 

Most clients book sessions and then decide a few days before which one of the three locations they would like to train in for the upcoming workout.

 

There are advantages for each of these locations i.e.: -

 

Your home

You are obviously familiar with the surroundings, don’t have to travel anywhere, the workout will come to you.

If you wanted to listen to music during your session you can obviously choose your personal favourite.

Once you have finished your session YOU'RE ALREADY HOME!!!

 

A park close to you

Again you will not have to travel far as it will most probably be your local park.

We will have a lot of space available to us, be out in the fresh air and use available amenities i.e. stairs, railings, benches, trees, etc. the only problem with this may be the weather.

 

Your local gym

You have a choice of fixed or cable machines and free weights.

The machines are there ready and waiting for you.

I will be beside you throughout each exercise, correcting your technique if required.

When working with weights, I will find the correct weight for each specific exercise.

Whilst exercising you will always be motivated so that you get the most from each exercise.

 

How long are your sessions?

Sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes.

If I do not have to rush to another client and you are not in a rush yourself, sessions can go on for a bit longer.

In an hour, I cater for an individual's fitness level, making sure that by the end of the 60 or so minutes they know that they have had the workout they needed.

 

How quickly will I begin to see / feel results?

If you train at least 3 times per week for 2 to 3 months, you will notice an improvement.

If you were not thinking of training at least 3 times per week, not a problem, it’s just that your results will take a bit longer.

Remember you can only get out of your sessions what you put into them!
